Bio: | Plymouth-born actress, best known for playing Katarina, the Trojan handmaiden who was briefly a travelling companion to William Hartnell’s Doctor in 1965, and notable as being the first of the Doctor’s companions to die on-screen. Her role in Doctor Who was her only major TV part, though she also acted occasionally on stage and on radio before her untimely death in 1997. | Links: |
