Bio: | English-born screenwriter who, among other things, wrote half-a-dozen episodes of The Avengers in the 60s — but in a Doctor Who context is best known for writing the three classic First Doctor stories Marco Polo, The Aztecs and The Massacre, as well as penning their respective novelisations. He also wrote the original script for the classic Fourth Doctor adventure The Ark in Space, but his script was heavily rewritten by then-script editor Robert Holmes, meaning Lucarotti received no on-screen credit. | Links: |
