The Monster of Peladon:

10ep 2 – When Eckersley is lying unconscious on the floor, a mysterious shadow momentarily appears around the corner of the set, just before Alpha Centauri arrives and starts pleading hysterically for Eckersley to wake up.

20ep 2,3 – There's an obvious mat placed for the Doctor and Sarah to land on when they get thrown into the pit. Yet in the next shot of them, when they get up, the mat has vanished.

30ep 3 – When Gebek frees the Doctor from the dungeon, how does he manage to knock out the guard with a single punch to the face, considering that the guard is wearing a helmet with a nose-piece and protective chin guards?

40ep 3 – Watch the sequence of pictures that appear on the monitor in the communications room when Eckersley checks his security cameras. The first one is a long-shot of the refinery door and alarm control box, with no-one in sight. Rather odd, since the final shot in the sequence just a few seconds later shows a close-up of Gebek and the Doctor, who's working at deactivating the refinery alarm!

50ep 4 – Watch out for a blatant appearance by Jon Pertwee's stunt double when the Doctor is fighting Ettis (the chap with the sonic lance).

60ep 6 – When the Doctor is holed up in the refinery and being attacked by Ice Warriors, he sends out the fake Aggedor to fry them. Notice that before he does this, there is a gaping hole in the door. When Aggedor rematerialises after zapping the Ice Warriors, we can see the door to the right side of the screen — completely untouched.

70ep 6 – As Azaxyr is setting up his ambush for the miners, a light can briefly be seen shining through a bad join in the corridor set.

80ep 6 – Stuntman Max Faulkner manages to get killed twice within the space of 10 minutes, playing two different characters!

90ep 6 – As Eckersley hits Alpha Centauri with the butt of his gun, Centauri's head lifts up very obviously at the front.
[There are quite a few occasions in this story when the bottom of the Centauri head-piece is visible, but this is by far the most blatant.]

100ep 6 – When Aggedor kills Eckersley, there's a very visible gap between the furry boots and the body of the Aggedor costume.

110ep 6 – As the Doctor is examining Aggedor's body, the supposedly-dead Eckersley behind him can be seen still breathing.
