Mission to the Unknown/The Daleks' Master Plan:

10ep 3 – When the tape containing Marc Cory's message is replayed in this episode, the content of the message is different to what we heard Cory recording in Mission to the Unknown.
[I'm making an exception to my usual rule about inter-story bloopers here, since Mission to the Unknown is of course meant as "episode 0" of Master Plan]

20ep 3 – Hartnell manages to completely reverse the intended meaning of one of his lines when he tells Bret Vyon that "the Daleks will stop at anything to prevent us!"

30ep 5 – As the camera moves in for a close-up of the mice cage on Mira, it can be seen faintly reflected by the back of the cage.

40ep 5 – At one point where the trail of Visian footprints are appearing, we hear the sound effect of the foot hitting the ground, but the footprint fails to appear.

50ep 8 – This episode begins with a scene in the Dalek control room. However, the first few seconds of the scene have the TARDIS console room sound in the background by mistake, before the grams operator realises his gaffe and fades in the correct sound FX instead.

60ep 9,10 – The Egyptian war-leader Hyksos has a highly implausible name: The Hyksos were a foreign tribe who conquered much of Egypt around 1600 BC — in other words, about a thousand years after when these episodes are set (during the time of the fourth dynasty — roughly 2600 to 2500 BC).
[OK, not impossible, but pretty improbable no? Like if you had an episode set in Poland in 939 AD with a character called "Nazi Germany"..!]

70ep 10 – At one point, the Doctor refers to "Magic... Mavic Chen".
