Note: In the same vein as Farewell Great Macedon, this print-on-demand book is the first publication of a TV script which was written for the Patrick Troughton era but never produced. Although the script has never been published in print form before, Big Finish did release an audio dramatisation of the same story as part of The Lost Stories: The Second Doctor Box Set in late 2010.
