The Crusade:

10ep 1 – The TARDIS materialises to the accompaniment of a very strange noise, more like an old radio being tuned than the usual "wheezing, groaning" sound!

20ep 1 – After Ian's fight with the Saracen, the Doctor says the nonsensical, "How did he attack you?" before immediately correcting it to, "Why did he attack you?"

30ep 1 – The king, bemoaning the events of the day, says "Sir Richard des Preaux taken..." The captured knight's name is, of course, Sir William des Preaux.

40ep 2,4 – The production team were evidently unaware that the name of the town of Acre (or, to give it its full name, St.-Jean-d'Acre) should be pronounced in the French fashion, "AH-cray". When, in episode 2, Thatcher pronounces it "AY-ker" (like the unit of land area), it might perhaps be just an uneducated lout's mistake. But when King Richard himself makes the same error in episode 4, it's a bit more difficult to dismiss.

50ep 3 – The first scene with the Doctor in this episode starts on a close-up of his cloak. As the camera pulls back to a normal shot, the operator has a bit of trouble with the focus. It takes several blurry seconds before it's finally adjusted correctly.

60ep 3 – At the end of the episode, after El Akir says "And death is very far away" to Barbara, you can hear someone call "Cut!" just before the credits roll.
