The Sensorites:

10ep 1 – Even by First Doctor standards, this story contains an incredible number of fluffed lines (many of course from Hartnell himself). Two of the best happen during Episode 1: When talking about Maitland and Carol's watches, the Doctor tells Ian, "These are the non-winding time..." Then, later on: "I rather fancy that's, er... settled that little bit of solution..."

20ep 1 – The unseen Sensorite generates a good deal of smoke while he's sneakily removing the TARDIS's lock. But you can see a couple of shots later just how close the Doctor & co were to the TARDIS while all of this was going on. How could they not have noticed??

30ep 1 – At one point, Captain Maitland has to cut out the lock of one of the spaceship doors using a drill, leaving several large white marks on the door. Problem is, you can see these marks on those doors, even before the scene in which they were made.

40ep 1 – The camera crashes into a desk in front of the Doctor while he's pondering whether the Sensorites will kill the TARDIS crew.

50ep 2 – During our first full look at the Sensorites, watch out for the moment when one of them stands on the other's foot!

60ep 2 – Ian and Barbara creep slowly through a door and along a corridor in search of the Sensorites, somehow managing to ignore the wall section next to them wobbling precariously back and forth, showing that it's not even attached to the doorway they've just come through.

70ep 4 – After learning that the Doctor has found a cure for the poisoning, the First Elder says, "Give my Doctor the congratulations..."

80ep 5 – Listen out for another fluffed line, when the City Administrator's confederate says, "I saw the Doctor and the other two leave the aqueduck (?!)... I heard them over... over... t-talking."

90ep 6 – The shoulder flash Ian grabs in the fight with the astronaut clearly bears the letters INEER, but the Doctor spells out "I-N-N-E-R."

100ep 6 – Immediately after the previous blooper, the action cuts from the underground caves back to the city, but the sound effect of dripping water carries on until about halfway through the scene, when the grams operator finally wakes up and turns it off.

110ep 6 – When Susan is left alone with the First Elder (after Barbara goes off to find the Doctor and Ian), a PA's voice is very audible calling the shots during their subsequent conversation.
