Marco Polo:

10ep 1,7 – "Peking" is mentioned several times, but this is an anachronism — this story is set in the late 13th century, when the city we now call Beijing was known as "Dadu" to the Chinese, "Daidu" to the Mongols, or "Khanbaliq" in other languages.

20ep 2 – William Hartnell was ill during the making of this episode, so the production team temporarily wrote him out as being either asleep in his tent or sulking off-screen for most of the episode. All fine and dandy, except for the massive howling sandstorm which happens while the Doctor is "asleep" — and which, surprise surprise, inexplicably fails to wake him up...!

30ep 2,3 – The caption at the end of episode 2 says "Next Episode: The Cave of Five Hundred Eyes", but the next episode is simply called "Five Hundred Eyes".
