The Gunfighters:

10ep 1 – In the initial establishing shot of the "O.K. Corral" sign, the "K" already has the bullet marks that should only have appeared later on, when Billy Clanton shoots at it as the gang ride into Tombstone.

20ep 1 – Taking it for granted that this entire episode is one huge blooper, let's move on. Given that the combatants at the O.K. Corral actually spoke with neither British nor Australian accents, we can forgive the actors portraying them with only a disapprovingly raised eyebrow. However, their struggle to create an American accent sometimes impedes their ability to remember lines. For instance, one of the good old boys in the saloon comes out with: "Now let's get this straight. You mean you don't know where Holliday... y-you never met Holliday either?" All that's missing is "g'day mate".

30ep 1 – When Doc Holliday hears Seth Harper talking to the Doctor in the surgery, he moves behind the door to eavesdrop. However, in doing so he accidentally hits the door (producing a loud thump on the soundtrack) and has to grab it to stop it closing.

40ep 2 – The entire bar in the Last Chance saloon wobbles badly when Seth Harper crashes into it after being shot by Doc Holliday.

50ep 3 – After Dodo holds a gun on Doc Holliday, he flubs his line: "For the first time in my life, I have just been taken — beaten... to the draw".
[Taken out and beaten would be more like it]

60ep 3 – The Doctor enters the jail to tell Wyatt Earp that Steven (calling himself Steven Regret) has ridden off to find Dodo and Doc Holliday, but seems to have some trouble recalling the gender of his companion. Earp: "You mean Regret has gone after Holliday alone?" Hartnell: "No, no, my dear marshal, no, she's gone with a young man by the name of Ringo".

70ep 3 – As Kate recognises Johnny Ringo and comes toward him, something falls off-stage with a clatter. The actress (Sheena Marshe) glances quickly in that direction before carrying on with the scene.

80ep 4 – Check out Anthony Jacobs' moustache as Doc Holliday comes into the sheriff's office — some of the hair is sticking straight out in front, giving him a rather comical appearance as he and Wyatt Earp discuss the impending gunfight.
