The Ark:

10ep 1 – The Doctor, after noticing Dodo's daft costume, tells her to take good care of the clothes because, "You never know when they might use them"... Er, who exactly Doc?

20ep 1,2 – Throughout the story, the actor playing the Commander appears to be wearing badly-fitting dentures!

30ep 1 – There's a big camera shake (and an audible grunt from the cameraman) as the travellers are examining the drawings on the wall of the jungle chamber.

40ep 1 – The Commander says, "You travel in that black box?" Perhaps he's colour-blind as well as in need of an orthodontist!
[OK, the story was in black and white, so how can we know the TARDIS prop wasn't black in this story? Well, enough colour behind-the-scenes photos from the 60s exist that we can be pretty certain the TARDIS prop was always painted blue from Day 1, so the choice of dialogue is strange to say the least (and clearly it must have been a deliberate choice)]

50ep 2 – At the start of this episode there's an audible cue from one of the backstage personnel.

60ep 1,2 – At the end of episode one, Zentos says: "Take them to custody and later they will be made to suffer for the crime that they have committed." However, in the reprise in episode two this becomes "...they will be made to answer for the crime..."

70ep 2 – The back wall of the cell shakes badly as Steven collapses against it.

80ep 2 – The Doctor's advice to keep feverish patients warm is contrary to usual medical wisdom and not to be recommended!
[Tsk, and he calls himself a Doctor?]

90ep 2 – As Zentos talks with the others about the verdict, watch out for the guy on the left (Baccu) who doesn't know where to put his hands when he realises that the costume designer forgot to add pockets!

100ep 3 – Monoid One's voicebox is turned off while he's giving his speech about their forthcoming landing on Refusis.
[Well, mostly — if you want to be picky, that little slider that's supposed to indicate whether or not the thing is on is about two-thirds of the way "off"]

110ep 4 – In the model shot of three launchers leaving the Ark for Refusis, the strings holding them up are horribly obvious.

120ep 4 – As the launchers land on Refusis, it's very apparent that the "jungle" in the background is merely a couple of scenery flats — you can even see them meeting at a corner!

130ep 4 – Monoid One forgets to operate his voicebox in the final confrontation with Monoid Four.
