The Daleks:

10ep 1 – When Barbara explores the Dalek city, the corridors stretching into the distance behind her are quite obviously just painted backdrops.

20ep 2 – Watch for the very obvious microphone shadow in the top-left corner of the screen as the Doctor, Ian and Susan explore the large empty room in the city (where they will later meet the Daleks). This is just before the Doctor hears the ticking of the Dalek radiation counter.

30ep 2 – In the prison cell, Hartnell talks of "anti-radiation gloves... drugs...".

40ep 2 – There are some painfully obvious shots of Susan "running" through the forest by jogging-on-the-spot against a scrolling background.

50ep 3 – The surveillance camera Ian is examining just before they stage a fight in the cell is a completely different shape to the one that eventually gets pulled out of the wall.

60ep 3,5 – It is mentioned that the Thals have been travelling for four years, but later on the figure has been shortened to just over one year.

70ep 5 – When the Daleks are examining their surveillance photographs of the TARDIS crew with the Thals, the third picture appears on the screen before the Dalek asks for it.

80ep 5 – The scenes in the Dalek control room make obvious use of photographic blow-up Daleks.

90ep 6 – In one of the scenes in the Dalek control room, one Dalek runs into the control console with an audible THUD.

100ep 6 – The Doctor's wonderful line, "We mustn't diddle about here," is soon followed by a loud cough off-stage.

110ep 6 – As the Doctor is shorting out the control panel, the explosion happens a second or so too early.

120ep 6 – When Ian is helping Barbara along the rock ledge after crossing the chasm, at one point his handhold breaks off with the rip of tearing styrofoam, and the white spot where it was is visible for the rest of the scene.

130ep 7 – One of the Daleks rattles noisily as it trundles down a corridor: clearly one of its castors wasn't balanced correctly.

140ep 7 – In the final battle, one of the Thals not only gets up again after being shot by a Dalek, but knocks off one of the Dalek's head-globes when he attacks it!
