Other Bloopers

Doctor Who and the Daleks (1st Cushing movie):
(*) -
As Susan is being escorted from the Dalek city to fetch the anti-radiation medicine from the TARDIS, watch the leftmost Dalek following her. At one point, its upper half suddenly rises up 3 or 4 inches, then drops back down again (as if the operator had trouble getting over the door sill).
(*) -
Shortly afterwards, as Susan opens the doors to the TARDIS, the interior lights don't come on. (They do on every other occasion in the movie when the doors are opened).
(?) -
Every time a clawed Dalek grabs someone, notice how they help the Dalek(s) by slipping their hands into the claws. This is particularly obvious when Susan throws herself at a Dalek early in the movie.
(?) -
Some of the control room walls wobble when they are jostled by Daleks and Thals in the final battle.
(?) -
The film ends on an unfortunate blooper, as Ian tries to escape from a hideously out-of-scale piece of back projection that makes it look like the TARDIS has landed amongst a group of 20-foot high Roman soldiers.
(?) -
Dalek operator Robert Jewell's surname is misspelled "Jewel" in the closing credits.

Daleks Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. (2nd Cushing movie):
(?) -
When the Dalek starts emerging from the river, it has grey/blue bumps. When it's three-quarters of the way out, it has black ones. And when it's all the way out, the bumps are back to blue!
(?) -
David (Ray Brooks), pretending to be a Roboman, leads a party of rebels up the ramp of the Dalek ship. A Dalek says to him, "What sector do these prisoners come from?" and he replies, "Sector Four." During this exchange, watch the extra immediately behind David (the guy in a dark grey coat). He's quite blatantly mouthing both lines of dialogue as they're spoken (and probably the Dalek's subsequent line too (although we don't get to see that) to get himself set for when they all jump out of the way as the Dalek hurtles down the ramp and explodes!
(*) -
In the food room, during the "comic" eating interval, we can clearly see one of the Robomen (towards the right of the screen) has his helmet on incorrectly – it's totally lopsided, and looks very uncomfortable!
(?) -
After the Dalek explodes, it lies with its head pointing away from the ship. But later in the attack sequence (in a shot of a squad of Robomen coming up the ramp) it can be seen lying parallel to the end of the ramp. Then, after the attack is driven off, the burning wreckage has changed its position again!
(?) -
When Tom is in the Dalek spaceship, looking for Susan, he tries to grab some people as they run past him ("Listen, where's the girl?!"). The last person he grabs frees himself, runs about two feet, then falls flat on his face.
(?) -
In the long-shots of the aftermath of the attack on the Dalek ship, Tom can be seen in the background coming warily down the ramp and stopping about a third of the way down. We then cut to a close-up of him – except that he's at the top of the ramp. Only then does he start making his way down the ramp to a position that matches the previous long-shot.
(*) -
The message that Susan chalks on the door of the rebel HQ is so blatantly obvious that it's ridiculous that the Doctor and David don't see it. The director even has to go to the trouble of having the door slide open by itself for absolutely no apparent reason as they go to leave, so that the message is not visible when they finally turn their heads towards the door.
(*) -
Speaking of Susan's message, she could use a grammar lesson or two – "We heading for Watford"?
(*) -
When Susan escapes in the red van and it crashes into the Daleks, you can see the windscreen being smashed twice, once in close-up and once in long-shot, so the driver can see where he is going.
(?) -
At the same time, as the van crashes through the Daleks, you can clearly see that one of the Dalek casings is totally hollow as it breaks apart.
(?) -
When the Robomen attack the Daleks, the Black Dalek pushes one down the bomb shaft. The Roboman dislodges the claw off the end of the Dalek's arm, and it falls down the shaft after him. Yet in the next scene, when the rebellion is over, the Black Dalek's arm is complete with claw, as good as new!
(?) -
The planks making up Tom's bomb-deflecting barrier change their arrangement between when he leaves to take cover and when the bomb hits them.
(?) -
As the red Dalek falls down the shaft, apart from giving us a good look at its castors, its eye-stalk gets broken completely off as it hits the rim of the shaft, and remains attached only by a thin cable. Yet in the shot of the Dalek tumbling down the shaft, the eye-stalk is still firmly fixed to the Dalek's head.
(*) -
At the end of the movie, the TARDIS takes Tom back to before the moment at the beginning when he entered the ship, and he manages to change the course of events so that it never happens. But why isn't the earlier Tom Campbell still visible on the street?

K9 and Company:
(?) -
The clock on Sarah Jane's mantelpiece is stuck, reading 4:45 almost every time it appears.
(?) -
Bill Pollock's dog (Jasper) is supposed to growl menacingly at Sarah Jane and Brendan as they enter, but it's quite obvious that the dog is just placidly sitting there and the growl has been dubbed onto the soundtrack.
(?) -
George Tracey's description of K9 as "a dog belching fire" and "a large white dog" is just bizarre, especially since he got a good look at K9 during the garden chase scenes.

The Curse of Fatal Death:
(?) -
As the Doctor and Emma attempt to escape the Daleks, the metal meanies slowly start advancing and there's a shot of their "neck" grilles as they all glide past. However, for a brief moment, a studio light on its stand is very clearly visible.

The Airzone Solution (unofficial video spin-off):
(?) -
There is a scene where Peter Davison's ghost appears intermittently behind Colin Baker, while the latter is fumbling trying to put on a necktie. Whenever Colin is shown alone, the necktie is over his shirt collar. Whenever both actors are shown, the necktie is under the collar, as neckties should, probably because someone tied Colin's necktie for him when the scenes with both actors were shot.
(?) -
At one point, Nick Briggs says something like: "You only know who we've had on the phone? Only the NCVA! The National Viewers Complaints Authority!". (Maybe the acronym is a different one, but the point is that it's the wrong one...)

Shakedown (unofficial video spin-off):
(?) -
When the ship is fired upon by the Sontarans and Zorelle asks the other members of the crew to come with her, they all leave with their headsets still on. But, when they're seen watching the hatch open, none of them have their headsets!
